I have been a writer and editor for more than 20 years. I have worked in a range of industries including finance, real estate and aged care.
I specialise in writing about complex subjects using simple language. Over the years I have written in a multitude of styles from news to financial market summaries, and CEO profiles to light-hearted yarns.
I'm currently a journalist with the aged care website HelloCare covering all matters related to ageing and aged care. I have built up an extensive network of contacts and formed a deep understanding of the sector.
I spent four years at Macquarie Bank as managing editor, editing global equities research, including the work of non-native English speakers, and managing a small team. I oversaw a handful of projects, including rebranding the research business and rolling out publishing templates to offices around the world.
I spent several years at CommSec as a writer and editor, but the highlight was presenting market news on radio and TV.
